Thanx so much for joining our blog hop, we’ve got some terrific poppy inspired projects for you to enjoy from our new January-June Mini Catalog. Be sure to comment on projects you like to support and encourage our bloggers. 😉
I am hosting a 4-day crafting retreat later this month and several of the participants are scrap booking lovers. I decided to inspire them with this gorgeous suite of products with a 2-page scrap book layout and share it with you, too. I am not a big fan of lots of white space on a page, so I took a different approach and went with a black background. I love the way it turned out looking oh so dramatic with all the gorgeous colors, especially when this is already a color in the Peaceful Poppies Designer Series Paper.
The Peaceful Poppy Elements are just awesome, I love how they offer so much versatility with 4 different paper options: black, vellum, watercolor and punch-outs. These will help any card maker or scrap book lover to make your project even easier with these great embellishments. I have washed the watercolor elements with a Blackberry Bliss stamp pad, Poppy Parade stamp pad and an Old Olive stamp pad using my Aqua Painter.
Who doesn’t love a little bling on any project, right? Adding bits of the Peaceful Poppy Sequins just adds a little life to the pages.
And this spectacular Painted Poppies Designer Series Paper is well….so gorgeous! You definitely are going to have to add this paper to your shopping list after enjoying our blog hop and seeing all the fun projects made using it. I love all the bold colors and how they complement so well.
I hope you enjoyed by pages and now you can continue in the hop to see the lovely project by Sharon Burkert.
