Welcome to our Scrapbook Global Challenge for October 2019 Blog Hop! I am so glad you are here where you will get to check out lots of great creativity. You are going to love this group and get some terrific ideas, too. These ladies are talented and want to share the love they have for scrapbooking with you. Our theme this month is Seeing Double, which means every layout is a double page layout. Double your pleasure, double your fun! Enjoy our hop!
The lovely ladies below are our Design Team members.
It is no big secret that I LOVE my retreat weekends. This double layout includes photos from a mini retreat I did right at home with a few of my favorite retreat party pal buddies. We did a 2-night sleepover, had so many laughs and fun that my face hurt when it was over. Just the best time! And, after all, isn’t that what capturing those moments is all about?
I started with Rich Razzleberry cardstock from the Regals 12″x12″ cardstock pack as my base and used several patterns from the Pressed Petals Speciality Designer Series Paper. I generally start photos and wanted to use these fun pics. This product suite worked great for these photos and I especially fell in love with this Pressed Petals Washi Tape and the Perennial Essence Flower Centers, so much fun and so easy, too! Adding some accents in different shades of green using the Leaf Punch worked just great for foliage.

The Hand-Lettered Prose Dies are perfect for titles on any scrapbook page, done here with a double layer to act as a shadow and add contrast and depth to the letters. I used the ampersand symbol from the Well Written Die set and coordinating Well Said Stamp set on the journal tag. It was from the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch and again a double layer. I added the Burlap Ribbon and colored a few rhinestones with my Rich Razzleberry Dark Stampin’ Blends Marker to coordinate perfectly!
I had fun making this “Seeing Double” layout, I hope you enjoy it just a little bit, too, and maybe get inspired to make something similar.
