This lovely Beautiful Day vellum technique is a show stopper. Guest designer, SuzAnn Hertzler, showcases how to use vellum with a fun technique.
I have used this great Beautiful Day stamp set several times this past year in my Coloring Club for projects. It is so versatile for so many occasions. SuzAnn used the gorgeous Pressed Petals DSP as a background complimented by the Blueberry Bushel cardstock.
The vellum was stamped with a Versamark stamp pad and heat embossed with Copper Embossing Powder giving it a raised edge. You can create this same effect by turning the vellum over to the reverse side and laying it on a foam mat. Then using the Pick-a-Tool with the stylus end rubbing the stylus across the entire area giving it an impression that turns the vellum white. What? I know, crazy, huh? She added color with Stampin’ Write Markers for a nice accent.
