Sometimes I just want to play and that is exactly what I did with this Color-washed Good Morning Magnolia card.  Simple and yet pretty.

Do you have an Aqua Painter?  It almost makes you feel like Picasso or a famous artist with the fancy brush tip and how it glides across the paper.  Too bad I’m not in France crafting away…sigh.  At least I can pretend.

It started by using an Embossing Buddy to clear off any moisture and static from the paper.  Then I stamped the large flower form the Good Morning Magnolia stamp set using Versamark and then heat embossing with White Embossing Powder and a Heat Tool.  Next, I used my Aqua Painter and the Rococo Rose stamp pad, coloring in the flower petals and using the Pretty Peacock stamp pad to color in the leaves.  A little bling using the Glitter Enamel Dots (they make everything pretty) and it’s all done.  Nothing fancy, just simple and nice.  Any level of craft user can make this lovely card and fully enjoy the process at the same time.
