Here’s another card in this series using Simple Stamping with Rooted in Nature. These projects might just being growing on me. Get it? Nature and all, ha ha! Well, you may have noticed that I have gone just one little step further and used the Nature’s Poem Designer Series Paper, stepping outside the rules just a tiny little bit. Do you think the #simplestamping police will come after me? I sure hope not.
This Rooted in Nature stamp set is so incredibly versatile, I am certain it will be a necessity for your stamping inventory. See a project I made with this same stamp set for Christmas here, so fun to get creative! There are even some coordinating Nature’s Roots framelit dies for even further convenience in your crafting.
The Thick Whisper White cardstock has become a favorite because it has some substance as a card base. Layering a piece of the Nature’s Poem Designer Series Paper added color and visual interest. I used Tuxedo Black Memento ink, Shaded Spruce stamp pad and the Crumb Cake stamp pad and voila! It was done. Really? Already…hmm, that was fast.
If you haven’t tired this simple stamping method, give it a try and feel free to post one of your cards in the comments. I would love to see your design. Until next time, be sure to make all your projects A Crowning Creation!
