Here is my 12 Weeks of Christmas – #11 Framed Art
This is my 11th project in my 12 Weeks of Christmas series to help you with gift giving and creativity this holiday season. Be sure you subscribe so you are sure not miss any of the fun! 😉
Project #11 is an easy level crafting project.
The silver frame was perfect for a little holiday framed art project in this series. and since it wasn’t very large, it was a snap to put together. A very nice little bit of holiday decor for a bathroom, a narrow space between doors or even as a little thank you or hostess gift.
If you haven’t yet purchased the Large Letter Framelit Dies, I seriously don’t know what you are waiting for. Everyone I know who has bought them has been thrilled to add them to their arsenal of products and never regretted the spend. Yes, it is a higher price point, but a great addition. And Santa knows you’ve been a very “Nice” girl this year, so have him contact me and this little elf can help a girl out! 🙂 And, if you’ve been “Naughty“, then join my team and get them for yourself! LOL!
The letters were cut out using the Large Letter Framelit Dies and cut from our gorgeous Silver Foil sheets, perfect with this inexpensive frame. The All is Bright Designer Series Paper (you must know by now that this is my favorite in the holiday catalog!) made a great green pattern color background cut with the Layering Ovals Framelit Dies. I added another scalloped layer behind them for more of a color pop using our Real Red cardstock. I thought the background print from the Dashing Along Designer Series Paper looked festive as the full background in the frame, too.
Adding a little something on the corner of the frame itself really pulled the colors all together with a bit of nature using the Pretty Pines Framelit Dies of the pines and all wrapped up with an adorable little red bow! And, did you notice there was no stamping involved?
I hope you enjoyed this quick framed art and be sure you sign up to receive my blog posts so you don’t miss the last project from the 12 Weeks of Christmas series and be sure to check out the others in this series below.
Thanx for stopping by and make all your projects A Crowning Creation.
