I’ll bet you know someone who would like this painted with love Valentine’s Day sampler. Well, here’s your chance to do just that. This sampler type of wall art is sure to bring a smile to the face of someone special to “BE MINE”. The cheery and contemporary Painted with Love Designer Series Paper really gets things off to a great start with the addition of gold foil.
I just love the use of this gold and I incorporated it even further into the design with the heartfelt center from the Bloomin’ Heart thinlets. Using it here with gold foil sheets and mounted on a piece of Rich Razzleberry cardstock really provides great contrast.
The Sure Do Love You stamp set offers lots of options used with the many hearts and I used Gold Embossing Powder on the banners. Most of the hearts were cut out with the coordinating Lots to Love Box framelit set with Melon Mambo cardstock, Powder Pink cardstock and Rich Razzleberry cardstock. The “BE MINE” words were cut on my Big Shot with the Large Letter Framelits using Gold Foil Sheets. The Sunshine Wishes thinlets have this fun double heart cutout that I also cut with the Gold Foil Sheets and the love word. If you are a fan of Gold Foil Sheets like me, you might want to check out this blog post too.
There are so many little bits, I had quite a lot of fun putting this all together. The Gold Mini Sequins Trim, the 2017-19 Itty Bitty Bows (the Powder Pink one) and Gold Glimmer paper was fun. Then I even used one of the Painted Love Gold Vinyl Stickers and Love Mini Tinsel Trim Combo Pack, too.
The whole sampler is laid out on one of the Powder Pink sheets from the Painted With Love 12″x12″ Cardstock Pack. I then stamped off twice with the Powder Pink ink pad using the Timeless Textures stamp set. This stamp set is absolute one of my “go to” sets when I want to add depth or need something in the background. For me, lots of plain space is not good…can you tell? I like depth and texture, so this was right up my alley. I hope you enjoy it, too!
If you’d like to make it, I am offering a class this Sunday, February 4th, in my Paper Queens Studio. You can RSVP here.
Thanx for stopping by and I hope all your projects are A Crowning Creation!
